UEF XX CONGRESS France 2021 Chartres COVID 19 special information

Thursday, March 18 , 2021 3391

Dear foresters all around Europe,

We are living an unbelievable period due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

In this special time, the UEF Presidency and the organizing committee of the French Congress 2021 decided some special measures.

First, the Congress will be organized respecting all the sanitarian rules and obligations, to offer the safest conditions to all the participants, according to the French law.

All the sanitarian conditions will be fully respected during the whole Congress in Chartres (30 September – 2 October 2021).

If, for sanitarian reasons, even late, the Congress must be cancelled or postponed, every participant will be immediately informed and will be fully reimbursed.

So, if you register yourself, using our website, you can be sure that EFA-CGC, the French member of UEF, will give you back all the registration costs.

About your flight tickets, please add an insurance or buy an open ticket, to be reimbursed directly from your flight company.

So, the financial risk for you as a person is zero.

Please, be sure that we all are looking forward to welcome you in France and to participate together in a fruitful and important elective UEF Congress, including the election of a new UEF President and at least a new Vice President.

We need you to insure a democratic future for our organization, UEF.

We really hope to see you in Chartres in France.

The UEF President                                                                      The EFA-CGC General Secretary

 Michael Diemer                                                                                      Valérie Boyé
