New book dedicated to Foresters work in Bulgaria

Saturday, November 26 , 2011 7479

Boris Gospodinov published a nice book about the history of mountain protection forests
The International Year of Forests 2011 theme "Forests for People" corresponds to the Bulgarian foresters' works.
Bare and deforested mountains slopes until a century ago, are forested today and changed to such an extend that people accept them as datum.
This book, with a lot of pictures, explains to us this forester story in the 20th century.
Boris Gospodinov, our UEF account auditor, is the author of the book.
Anna Petrakieva, our UEF assistant secretary translated it into English.
So the book is written in Bulgarian and English at the same time.
Please, directly contact Boris or Anna for more details or to order a sample.
